We've been relying on this hangover-preventing 24-hour spot for years. There is really nowhere else to eat late at night in this area, unless you want fast food, so after a night of drinking, this is the place.
It's Ram's Horn. The service is usually pretty good but can be slow, but the food is decent cheap eats. Personally, my go-to is the classic potato skins and a side salad, but I've had lots of things here: the buffalo chicken salad stands out, as does the Cali chicken club with lots of yummy avocado. Not bad at all for $8.99. My hubby usually orders a burger.
Skip White Castle and Taco Bell and come here instead at the end of the night. (They have the "good" ranch! ) -

Do NOT go to this place if you wish to have Internet access. I asked if there was Internet when I walked-in. Was informed yes. I WASTED money and time (42 mins) in this place attempting to get started Internet service the owner and workers know, doesn't work in the attempt to snag customers. I should have cancelled my order and walked-out when I realized that there is NOT any Internet. The CHEAP owner of this place is disgraceful to attempt to Shanghai people into his restaurant under the false pretense of having Internet which is there only on display and does NOT work. Do NOT go to this place for false representation.

Do not go here!!! Came here at 11pm Waited 2 hours for food and never got it. Servers were nice and offered us salads and soup. We asked for the manger but he was apparently the cook so I couldn't even talk to him because I just wanted my food cooked. I couldn't wait any longer at 1am so I just got up and left. I'd rather starve myself than eat there.

This is probably my favorite open 24 hours place in the area. I've moved closer to it and as a result I go often. Service is always good and prompt and busboys/cashier/etc always are helpful. Food is standard Rams Horn no big surprise but it's good for the price.
